He carries an overall experience of over 21 years in industry and academics. His industry experience spans 9 years in various capacities, in the Projects and Industrial Marketing. He has 5 years of entrepreneurial experience in HR consultation and recruitments.

 

His industry experience of 9 years is in organizations like Demag Kirloskar Compressors Pvt. Ltd and Forbes Marshall Limited, Pune. He has teaching experience of 7 years.

 

Currently he is working with Tirpude Institute of Management Education as Assistant Professor since 3 years. His area of recent research is ‘Development of economically feasible and consumer oriented business model for Agritourism in Nagpur district’, in which he is pursuing his Ph.D. He is project guide to students for their academic research projects. He is also a corporate trainer in the field of Marketing Management.

Rohan Job holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Tirpude Institute of Management, Nagpur and Master’s Degree in Rural Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.

 

Prior to his stint at academics he was the Corporate Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Mumbai. Through his experience in the corporate world and teaching interests he focuses on Industry Academia Interface at this institute. His experience in working with companies like GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Abott India during his internship enabled him to understand various Marketing Strategies applied in both urban and rural markets. His extensive work on the field across industries helps him to make the students industry ready through rigorous training and live projects.

Dr. Lalit Khullar has a total industrial experience of over 5 years in varied functional areas. In 1996 he quit the industry to foray into academia and joined SRKNEC, as a lecturer in Industrial Engineering. A year later he joined DMSR, TCSW as a lecturer where he was the first full time Placement Officer and later, Head of department. Currently he is the Director of Tirpude Institute of management Eduction. He was awarded the National Award for Excellence in Education in 1999.

 

He worked with Mecon Consultants, Pune for 10 months as a trainee in the area of energy conservation. Was later employed with Exide industries Limited, Pune, as Head of Planning & Industrial Engineering department for a period of 4.5 years. At Exide, he was in-charge of all production planning, dispatch, export and industrial engineering related activities handling a team of over 45 supervisors and operators. He was instrumental in establishing TQM practices at Exide and was trained as an ISO 9000 lead auditor and was later deputed to Marketing Department of Exide in Uttar Pradesh to boost direct sales in the eastern UP region.

He has more than 10 years of Industrial exposure in Manufacturing, Consulting and IT.

He has worked with Ispat Industries Ltd., Nagpur, for 9 years in the Engineering and Planning Department as a Junior Manager. Also worked as Project Manager in Avon Technologies, Hyderabad for more than a year and executed IT projects. He has consulted various local industries in the areas of HR and Operations for around four years. Is currently associated with Tirpude Institute of Management Education, since last 12 years.
