MBA – Program
MBA (Master of Business Administration)

MBA is a two-year full time post graduate program offered by the institution.
This course is affiliated to RashtraSant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University and is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education)
The program consist of four semesters spread over two years and offers specialization in the fields of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, International Business, Entrepreneurship and Business Analytics.

The following outcomes are expected at the end of the MBA Program:
PO 01: The graduate will be able to apply business management theories and concepts in real life business problems and provide solution.
PO 02: The graduate will exhibit exemplary business leadership and communication skills.
PO 03: The graduate shall develop exceptional organizational skills and learn to work in a team.
PO 04: The graduate shall develop good analytical skills to understand business issues and problems and implement best possible solutions.

MBA Semester I

Subject: Principles of Management

Course objectives:
1. To give overview of various management concepts and theories in different domains of business management
2. To familiarize the students with various management functions such as planning, organizing, staffing and directing
3. To introduce various international best management practices in business world

1. At the end of this course the student will understand and implement basic concepts of management in the workplace

Subject: Managerial Economics

Course objectives:
1. To give overview on various concepts of managerial economics
2. To understand the basic functions of market operations
3. To understand the dimensions of micro and macro economics
4. To understand the dynamics of national economic environment
5. To understand basic calculations of national income and multipliers, demand, supply and price determination

Course outcomes:

Subject: Accounting for Managers

Course objectives:
1. To introduce basic accounting principles in Indian context
2. To give insight to various accounting practices in different business structures

4. To understand the concept of organizational budgets and its types

Course objectives:
1. To understand laws relating to commercial contract
2. To understand the structure and functioning of a company
3. To have knowledge of consumer law

5. To have knowledge of cyber law

1. At the end of the course the student will be able to apply legal concepts while drafting a contract

Subject: Business Communication & Information Systems

Course objectives:
1. To introduce the basic concepts of communication systems like types, channels, barriers etc. Used in business

Course objectives:
