ERUDITION
It has always been an endeavour at Tirpude Institute of Management Education to encourage innovation in each sphere of a student’s academic as well as social life. We feel that business education is one that creates thought leaders with a holistic viewpoint towards business, enterprise and society. It should go beyond an introduction to general principles and beyond the acquisition of specific technical skills.
The events included in Erudition provide a platform to the students to showcase knowledge, leadership skills, application of theoretical concepts and their ability to compete in the race. With this aspect in mind, we have proposed a bouquet of skill tests in Erudition.
Erudition is inaugurated in a very unique way, where a plaque is unveiled at the hands of students of other college. Student Directors of Tirpude Institute for various events subsequently inaugurated their respective events by announcing details and activating a PPT. The various events included in Erudition are:
- App-Challenge (Business Plan competition)
- Financial Wizard (Virtual Trading Competition)
- EPL (Football Auction)
- Corporate Roadies
- Business quiz
- Why Should I Hire You? (Personal Interview)
The events are organized in preliminary and final rounds and are filled with excitement and anticipation.
