Profile

BSW, B.Ed., MBA, MS in Counselling and Psychotherapy, MSW, M.Ed., Diploma in Montessori Training. Working with Tirpude Institute of Management Education since 2009.

 

Prof. Carol has more than 17 years of industry and academic experience. Her industry experience encompasses work at ‘FORMS Lifestyles’ (An artefacts showroom) for4 years, as Manager, where she handled customers, client dealings for exports, handled inventory and selection of items for the showroom, costing and daily accounts. Earlier, she was also the ‘Trainer’ at Hero Mindmine (3 years) and has the ‘Best Trainer’ award to her credit. Her stint at Praise Academy (2 years), as an Academy Manager, also adds to her years of experience.

 

She has more than 8 years of academic experience with a wide exposure to and good experience in student counselling at the BBA and BCCA level, relating to admissions and other curricular activities. She is the coordinator for Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme of the institute.
